At Amavero, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
In the same condition as received (unused with original tags).
Returned in their original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please also note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Items must still meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
